There's a reason why the iStick 50w by eleaf has been so popular and that's just not it's price point. This beautiful box mod has a wonderful design as well as tons of features packed into it. The battery life of this device is packed with an outstanding 4400 mah you'll be vaping all week long with a battery life like that. Let me go back to this devices design and just show you why it's so beautiful.
The iStick 50w features a very sleek rounded design. The finish is done nicely and it comes in 4 different colors, Black, Silver, Blue and Red which is a more pinkish tone. Using the fire button on this device has been a treat it's perfect for thumb and index finger fireing, I've even been able to fire this device by squeezing it in my hand. The up and down triggers are also very nice. There are a couple of draw backs with the finish of this device such as the top and bottom being chrome plated, your atty will leave scratches on the top but it's not that big of deal since your atty will cover them. Another con for me anyway, is that the screw holes poke out and sometimes bother my palm but they don't always get in the way. You'll be glad to know that this version of the istick has been upgraded to stronger 510 threading as well as a non-adjustable spring loaded firing pin. The istick 50w can fire 0.2Ω-5Ω so it's wonderful for sub ohming.
When looking at the screen we're greeted with a white toned OLED screen. Since this is a variable wattage device we can use the Up and Down buttons to change wattage, basically this gives you a colder or warmer vape. The menu scrolls fast, clear down to 5 watts to 50 watts. One cool feature is being able to lock the device, you can do this by holding the up and down buttons to lock your wattage, this will stop you from accidentally adjusting the wattage. You are still able to fire it. To get out of Locked mode just press the up and down key again.
One of my favorite features is that the USB port is on the top back of it, this way you're able to charge it from the top and set the istick 50w on the top of the table. It always bugs me when companies put the charging port at the bottom of the device. This thing charges fast to, From my experience I've been able to get a full charge within 2 or 4 hours.Though you won''t be charging it that much anyway, This also has a pass through feature meaning you can use it while it charges.
Now that we've covered it's features are you ready for the price? The eleaf istick 50w can be purchased for an amazing $60, granted it often goes on sale you'll want to check other retailers as they set the price for most devices.
Would I recommend this product? Of course! It's a great use with RDA's as well as RDTA's.
