There's tons of times when average hard working people buy a product and it breaks within the first week of owning it. We exist simply because we want to hear your experinces with the products you buy so the next person can feel confident making that purchase. Not only does this help them but it also helps get your frustration out on a product that just broke on you and the company wont do anything about it.

Is money involved?

Absolutely not. We at OpenConsumers welcome all and everyone. Registration will always be free. If you're inexperinced at writing reviews that's fine as well! We welcome everyone. Our simple template will help you get started right away.
